I have been receiving messages from Norton advising that they could not renew my subscription under the automatic renewal system because the debit information on my profile was invalid. I spent 45 minutes with a Norton rep and he could not find any reason for me to receive these messages. Then he said well maybe because your credit card expires in December 2013 Norton thinks it is no good. I told him that I do not know what his point was and that I just wasted 45 minutes and he then said wait until your subscription expires and see what happens. What a great way to do business.
I have no problem with my credit card. Trying to get this resolved is very frustrating.
I do not have any answers and I continue to get notices to update my credit card information.
Can anyone help?
