Norton Mobile Security never updates automatically, according to the log. I can manually update the product, but the automatic update never starts. I have waited 6+ days for it to automatically update. This started happening in May, and I have had a case opened at Norton since 6/12/17, said to be now at third level support, of course with no status reports or information from Norton. I have called 5+ times trying to get some information, but the Norton people have no idea on what is happening or the case status. I have uninstalled completely and reinstalled several times. What did they change to cause this issue? Samsung Galaxy S6 EdgePlus Android phone running latest Verizon issued firmware and android updates (and Norton updates).
