I have run live update several times and restarted and nothing has changed. Yes I have auto renewal turned off as they charge over twice the amount than what I can pay to get a new key, I could care less if it saves me time inputting a new key. Looks like this will be my last time I use Norton products if they pull this crap.
Just curious, did you turn OFF Auto Renewal? My conspiracy theory is that this was my punishment for turning mine off.
Hmm, just checked my.norton.com
Norton 360 10 licenses
I'll try to call attention to this thread -
The exact same thing happened to me. I ran LiveUpdate last night May 30th and my Norton Security Premium (10 licenses) which I purchased on May 12th was changed to Norton 360 Deluxe (5 licenses).
I called Technical Support and was basically told I was out of luck and to just accept it since its the new version. I only care about the Device Security features and could care less about the LifeLock and Dark Web Monitoring, Cloud Backup, Secure VPN and other features. Additionally you can no longer manage your account without being forced to opt in to Dark Web Monitoring.
Please run Norton LiveUpdate several times + Restart (not Shut down) machine & repeat -
