I thought I had turned of the autorenewal feature for my Norton AntiVirus, however, it still automatically renewed me and is charging me $44.99. I can see much lower prices listed on the web for 2010 Norton AntiVirus, from $19 - $29. It seem that Symantec should reward returning customers and not charge them more!
I tried to find a phone number on the Norton website to complain, but if there is a phone number it seems to be well hidden.

I believe that customer support should be able to handle that problem for you. You can contact them for free via the chat program.

If you have another key that you want to use instead, they can assist you with that. If you want to get another version from some place else, please do so before your product expires since it will stop working if you let it expire.
