Can anyone give guidance on how to safely remove the virus known as "AV Protection Online"? It gives constant pop-ups that purport to identify viruses on my pc. I have run Norton Internet Security with no effect. And after initiating Norton Power Eraser, my system looked as if it was doing a mass data dump, so I did a hard shut-down. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
