Norton has put a lot of effort into producing help videos, and I do find them useful. But for instructions with many steps, I think written documentation is more easily searchable than video. It can also be printed out for ready reference whenever necessary. Video is linear and often you have to watch the whole thing to find to resolve a single issue. Both have their advantages, of course.
I have seen some links like the one below to written support manuals but the links are broken.

Is this because there are no longer any written manuals available, or am I just looking in the wrong place?
