..... I only arrive here about once a year after I renew. Again I can't login to the Community and have to re-register again from the start, but I am used to that!!
This year upgraded to Premium with key. Since when the 'home'/'devices'/ and 'services' buttons results for my account have varied with the wind!! Currently, the little icon screen on 'home' has a red X for my linked computers. This is the same for 'devices' but showing old and new keys for different computers!! The only correct listing is under 'services' which shows the true position with the linked computers and current status.
I have had Norton in its various forms for about 20 years now (if that's possible!!) and have not seen this farcical display of information before. Although, when I added a Windows 10 based computer about 10 months ago that was a hassle as it wanted to keep calling it a '30 day trail'.
It would appear that NS on linked computers are working well and without a problem ... it's just when I look at my account details I wonder what is going on!
If anyone one is able to introduce clarity it would be welcome ... otherwise I shall assume everything is working OK and wait for my next notification that my Norton subscription has expired!!
