my back up isn't working
why?
what can i do?
sometimes i get the message 'backup done with errors'
when i go retrieve a folder, some folders won't open
when they do open recent documents aren't there
i have tonight upgraded something, but that hasn't resolved it
could this be a payment error issue? someone in the real world said to me it might be?
signing off now for 24 hours or so
