Back up service unavailable

It keeps saying service unavailable on my tablet Galaxy tab 3 version 4.2.2. On cell phones it backs up.  I already have uninstall &  re install. Please fix this problem.  Thanks

Sorry, above steps did not work. I tried web based and it said to back up from device. On activity log it says “preparing server for account failed”.

I need this fixed. All devices work except for tab 3

There is currently a server issue with the Backup feature and the development team is currently looking in to it. I will post an update once I have more information.
