Back up

I have been trying to do my scheduled back up but have not been successful. I am now asked to log in. I have never been asked to log in nor do I have any idea what my log in info would be. I am current with my Norton subscription and have done back up before but this new requirement has stopped me from being able to accomplish this. Is there some way I can get in contact with Norton to try to figure this out??
