Yesterday I paid $49.95 for to back up my files. something Norton Kept prompting me to do. Today I am promped to again to buy more storage again. I just bought it and evedently I'm have been taken by your company. You know it will cost me about as much to stop payment as your bogis program cost me. So I resolve myself to my $50 loss. I have 160 days on my contract. There are other companies that offer the same protection. If only you had a phone number that a person could call. Pretty convienent that you don't huh.
I have been using Norton for quite a while, but when they stoop to taking money for products they don't produce then its time for me to spread the word. No Norton none of the time.
