Okay, I sort of solved my problem with the blue wallpaper only showing up on my screen. I reinstalled Norton because of this virus that infected my system restore. Do any remnants of this virus remain now, like in my registry or anything (by the way, I haven no idea how to use regedit if I do have a registry problem)? I am still currently scanning my computer and have not tested if my computer will have the blue wallpaper without Windows Explorer starting up and unable to start up manually.
