Backdoor Trojan or rootkit?

Hello,

Hello,

I keep getting a Norton error message each time I restart my machine and also randomly during the day. I have attached the

screenshots. I have run full scans multiple times. I also browsed thru this forum for tips and advice and I have run "Sophos Antirootkit, MBAM, Hijack This executable" as per the instructions I got from browsing this forum few weeks back. I have pasted them below. Then as last resort I also ran combofix. But no help. I still see these messages resgularly. See the screenshots. Any help in this regard is much appreciated.

Thanks and Regards,

-------------------------Instructions -------------------------------
Download these files and same them to your desktop (click on the name if the underline bars do not show up):

Sophos Anti-Rootkit  (rename to First.exe during download)

MB AntiMalware  (get the free version - not the full version)

HiJackThis Executable (note: get the third in the list)

When you download them, in the download destination box change it names to First.exe, Second.exe and Third.exe. This is important as the virus will disable the tools if you do not.  Once they are downloaded, run the first one by double clicking the file on your desktop.

Let it run and fix / repair what it finds.  Reboot the machine.

Double click on Second.exe and install MBAM program.  Navigate to C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbam.exe .

Rename the file from mbam.exe to m_bam.exe.  Double click on it and when the program starts, go to the update tab and update the definitions.  Run a full system scan and save the log file to post here.  Reboot machine.

Run a scan with N360 (after running Live Update until there are no more updates).  Then double click on Third.exe; select Scan and Log.  Save the log file to post on here.

When all is done. Post the log files for all scans here by coping the information from the log and pasting it into posts here.

Thanks for the time.  And sorry for the inconvenience.
