I recently bought a new HP Desktop PC [Windows 11]. I downloaded Norton 360 Advanced to the new PC and managed to create new backup sets to back the contents of my One Drive folders to Norton. Unfortunately, the PC came with a random freezing problem and had to be reset. Everything is now back up and running, complete with all my One Drive files [always available on the PC, as well as online], and I have downloaded Norton 360 again.
This morning, I tried to set up new back up sets, but Norton does not seem to be able to locate the One Drive files stored on my PC, so I am now unable to include them in my back up sets. I know that One Drive is already backed up to the Cloud, but I want the reassurance of an additional backup set independent of One Drive. It worked before the reset, so I can't understand why it doesn't work now. Please can someone help?
