Backing up server with lots of VHD's on it

I have a Windows Server 2008 box that runs about 4 Virtual machines using Microsoft Hyper-V.

 

First of all is Norton Ghost compatible with Windows Server 2008 R2?

 

Secondly is Norton Ghost a backup system that you would want to be using with VHD's that are 90gigs+ in size?
