Backup 360 no longer seeing HDD but Scan does. Set for weekly action. No errour code. Just; Item: "There is a backup problem. Make sure the destination drive or device is connected & try again.". Win-7 Explorer seeing dedicated backup drive. 360 scan seeing drive etc. Rebooted & such done. No Diff. Only starting using 360 Backup about 3 months ago but Norton user for over a decade. May have failed to turn fully off Win-7-backup, but such done, before power reboot. ? ? ?
