Backup "at risk"

Norton 360 all okay on startup this AM.  Then downloaded Windows update KB2762895.  On restart, 360 main window shows Backup logo in red with "At Risk."  Note below says "To ensure continued access to online backups, please log on to your Norton Account and reactivate using your new subscription."  [I don't have a new subscription.]  Pressed "Fix Now" and received message "We are unable to proceed with Norton Account at this time.  Please try again later."  Pressed "Cancel" and got a new screen:  "Congratulations!  You have successfully activated Norton 360 Online Backup with 0 GB of online storage.  You are now ready to setup your backup in Norton 360...etc...Please click NEXT to continue storing your files online."  Clicking NEXT takes me back to 360 main window with "Backup At Risk" info still there.

Logged into Norton Account and Backup through normal route.  Backup info looks same as always.  Indicates I have 7GB of storage, with 5GB in use.  As always, shows 2 computers although I only have one using 360 and Backup; "Default" backup is the correct file.

Thank you for your help.
