The backup has been working fine then I noticed the last backup was 7 days ago. I ran "backup now" and a message came "There is a backup problem. Make sure destination drive or device is connected then try again"
I am using Windows 7, Nortons 360 build 5.2.0.13. I am using a portable hard disk drive with 360 Gb free.
I have reconnected the device but no fix. I changed the backup name and it worked once but then the problem came back.
Any advice?
