I have a WD external hard drive that worked perfectly for backups with 360 v. 4. After upgrading to 5.0, my backups fail, and Norton says the destination is not recognized. The external hard drive is visible in My Computer, and I can manually copy files to it. It is also visible as a destination in 360.
I am running Windows 7, and have made no further changes to my hardware or software, other than regular Windows updates. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
