I have installed Norton Ghost 14 on a single system with multiple users. It backs up fine, recovers files, etc fine BUT when I go to clean up the destination drive (the same drive to which all other Norton functions successfully write to), I get an error:
"This destination is currently unavailable" which of course, is not true.
Now, I spent over an hour with a chat representative who took over my machine and eventually deleted all my backups saying they were corrupted (which they weren't). Fortunately, no problem. But as soon as I performed a fresh backup, and attempt to manage the backup drive for cleanup purposes, I get that same message.
Any solutions?
