Backup Exec 12 for Windows Servers - Job failing regarding Microsoft Exchange log file

Good morning, this is my first post, and hopefully I will receive great advice.  I have a server running Server 2003, and running BE 12 for Windows servers, and I have a full and incremental job that both fail regarding a log file issue with Microsoft Exchange (see below)...  Please advise....

 

Backup- \\SERVERName.servername.local\Microsoft Information Store\First Storage Group
Error, Exchange failed to return any log files when backing up \\servername.servername.local\Microsoft Information Store\First Storage Group

(servername changed by me for posting purposes)

 

Also receiving the following exceptions

 

Backup- C: OS
Unable to open the item C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Search\Data\Applications\Windows\MSS.log - skipped.
Unable to open the item C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Search\Data\Applications\Windows\MSStmp.log - skipped.
Unable to open the item C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Search\Data\Applications\Windows\tmp.edb - skipped.
Unable to open the item C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Search\Data\Applications\Windows\Windows.edb - skipped.

 

Backup- \\servername.servername.local\Microsoft Information Store\First Storage Group
WARNING: "\\servername.servername.local\Microsoft Information Store\First Storage Group\Log files" is a corrupt file.
This file cannot verify.

 

Backup- \\servername.servername.local\System?State \\servername.servername.local\System?State
The .DR file that is required for Intelligent Disaster Recovery is not updated.
