Backups have been failing for the last couple of days after working for a couple of years. I receive an error message A8989 which according to other posts is a server side error. I haven't really seen any correction for this. Can someone help me get back to a good backup situation? Thanks, TW

It’s a maintenance message actually. There isn’t much that generally can be done to resolve it except for time. Normally this type of issue only lasts for a couple of hours or less. That makes it odd you’ve had it surfacing for more than a day. I’d need to locate your account server-side to see what else may be going on.
