Backup Failure

Every time that I try to backup my data, I gert a "failed" message.  No links etc., just the message.   When I go to reports, it refers to an "unauthorized" submission .

Using 360 Premier.  I have (2) computers, one using Windows XP and the other Windows Vista.  When 360 was installed on only (1) computer (XP) I had no problems with backup.  As soon as I installed it on the 2nd computer (Vista).  I started having backup failures.  Now, I cannot get backup to work from either computer.  Backup destination is your Norton server.

That link works as well as Norton 360 backup. That is, it doesn't :(

I'm very close to give up on Norton 360 now, fails 99% of the time and 3-4 chat sessions havn't been able to provide a solution. I need a professional and reliable solution for backup, currently I feel that Norton 360 doesn't match any of those requirements.

What's the procedure to get a refund?

Hi,

Until the server problems are resolved I cannot recommend using the online backup procedure. If you have an external hard drive that might do as a work around until things are fixed.
