My backup to external USB drive continues to hang at 99% complete. It's never run to completion since original install (Nov 2012). My environment is 360 v20.2.0.19 on Windows 8 64-bit. I should mention Norton Autofix did not detect any issues.
At this point, I'm running out of ideas on how to use the Norton Backup utility. My backup set (~200GB) is pretty basic and includes file types such as music, office docs, video, pics, etc.
Suggestions?

Questions first. How big is the USB drive and what is the formatting? I will assume that you can see the drive in windows.

My external USB drive is formatted FAT32 w/1TB capacity, there's appear 500MB remaining. Each backup set is approx 200GB, From my perspective not a capacity or drive issue since I have been manually copying [C:] files/folders to the USB w/ Norton Backup not working.

one more correction, my external 1TB USB is formatted NTFS.
