When I attempt to "View Recent History" for Backups, it indicates "there are currently no items to view in this category" But I know backups have taken place and the Properties of individual files confirms that. I had this problem in the past, so in early June 2016, I un-installed Norton Suite and then re-installed, created a NEW backup, ran it and history was fine and has been for several weeks now. Not sure if it's something I'm doing, or what. I make it a practice that when I move a file, I delete the backup from the backup drive (using the "delete files in Norton" and the next time the backup runs, it picks up the moved file. I am running Windows 10 and using the Comcast version of Norton, in case that's important.. thanks..
