Backup issue - seriously giving up all hope with norton

been without backup for 13 months. asked for address mailing  or e mail to send my customer complaint to- refuse to give it. they say must telephone helpline which I have done so many times. everytime it will be escalated, we apologise it is nortons fault not yours, some one from the escalation team will contact you within 24-48 hours. never happens. even email to ceo- still waiting for response! any ideas as totally given up. please ........................................

While checking your account, I could see that a backup has successfully completed yesterday. Could you please check and confirm the same?

  • Norton product version, You can check the version at Norton-> Help-> About
  • Screenshot of the issue that you are facing
  • O.S (Operating system) information

While I pass this on to the backup team for investigation, could you please share more details about the issue  as @SoulAsylum requested? What exactly happens?
