I just recently bought Norton Online back up… I have a mac computer with a virtual machine - windows installed. I installed Norton Internet security on the virtual machine and also installed norton online backup. However, when It starts all it does is say scanning for files but nothing is scanned and it remains like this for hours. If I cancel it and start again it sometimes goes to say awaiting for agent backup but nothing happens either. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall. Remove computer and readd computer but nothing works. Can you please fix this?
