Backup puzzle re Encrypted Files

Please forgive someone who is new to using the backup features of N360 but I have not been able to find the answer to my issue through searching ... so far.

I have just attempted to do my first default backup to a network drive.  The first two times it appeared to lock up when I was using the mouse to look at the screen, the third time I pretty much left it alone for all the 18 or so hours it took to get through (backing up over WiFi).  And at the end it said "Failed: Encrypted Files Encountered" recommended action "None" but I still get a green tick in my Backup Details screen.

So I assume that all the files were backed up apart from my encrypted files.  But what encrypted files?  I was not aware that I had any on my machine and Norton gives no clue as to where they were.  I assume that it is only these encrypted files and not others in the same folder that have not been backed up.

Having looked back at old posts I have found one by ftblady that suggests:-

open a cmd prompt
Enter the command: cipher /s:c:\ > encryption.txt
Open the file "encryption.txt"

To find encrypted folders, search for "will be encrypted"
To find encrypted files, search for "E" at the beginning of a line

But that shows nothing on my system....

Any advice or suggestions as to what I need to do would be welcome.

Running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit Service pack 1

and the latest version of Norton 360 20.2.0.19

Thanks in advance.
