Backup section missing

I recently updated NS to NS Premium with backup. How do I activate the backup section. I'm missing the backup tab and the backup settings under settings.

Thanks for that info - by just entering the new NSP Product Key - you effectively renewed your old NS installation.

The Backup function should be enabled when you activate your NS Premium with a NS Premium Product Key.

May  I ask how you installed and activated NS Premium? 

  • Did you do an over the top install of NSP. 
  • Did you uninstall NS, run the NRT and then install NSP nd activate it with the NSP key?
  • Did you remove the NS from Management and then install the new NSP nd activate it with the product key?
  • Did you just enter the new Product Key via I've got a Product Key option?
