It has been almost two weeks since I supplied the requested information and the problem remains. Since then I have heard nothing, is this the type of support one should expect?

It is obviously not the sort of service one would hope for but then as I have never heard of your problem before it may be puzzling the team, who will have other things to do as well.

 

I assume you responded to jon_p_11's PM, if you are really concerned why not send him a new PM to see if he has heard anything?

I am sorry for any inconvenience this issue may be causing. I have sent you a response to your private message. The team has been researching the issue and trying to have it reproduced in-house to get more information. I have followed up with the development team to see if we have any updates.
