Backup SkyDrive 8.1 Files?

I have a few questions about Norton Online Backup in Windows 8.1:

 

1.  Will it backup all my SkyDrive files?

 

2.  If it does, can I exclude specific folders from backup?

 

3.  If not, will it backup my offline SkyDrive files?
