Hi there. 2 things.

First... My norton backup online storage is full and i wouls like to delete some of it and i dont know how.

Two... Ever since my online storage has been full it's had that little red "x" over the icon and Windows security alerts no longer recognises my virus protection and is saying that i need to install another.

Any help? I've had norton products my whole life and i've liked how trouble free and easy they are to use but this is just nonsence. I like the idea of the online storage but there's no way for me to manage what is stored there. OR havfe i just missed something?

thanks

Josh

So i did i checked out that first link you sugested and it helped a little. I now know that i can change my back up location. but when i try to "delete previousley backed up files" it asks me what files i want to delete form my c:/ not the secure internet storage files. i tryed changing my bacu up loccation back to the secure online storage then deleteing but the same thing happens.

any help would be awsome.

thanks

josh

Hi jonnystyles,

In the dialog box titled "Backup Destination", what options do you see. If you do not see "Secure Online Storage", I fear that the link between your backup account and the PC has been severed. It will be necessary to contact Support to get that corrected.

Hello jonnystyles,

Instructions for deleting files from online storage can be found in this document

The second problem can have a few different causes. When you read the text of the "At Risk" statement in the main program interface, what does it say? The most likely cause is a problem with the licensing client, which may be resolved using the utility found in this document.

Let us know how it goes.

Matt
