In the last week, I have attempted several times to run a backup and it gets stuck at 99% and does not complete.
I have Windows Vista and Norton 360. Nothing else has changed on my computer in the last week (that I can think of). Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Welcome,
If you can provide a couple of answers our suggestions might be more useful.
What is your backup destination? Does it have space enough to hold your current backup+? Is anything else happening while your backup is running? Are both Vista and 360 current with all updates and patches downloaded and installed?
Thanks
Thank you. My backup location is online. I have 57 GB total memory with 24.5 GB remaining available. I am trying to backup 335.2 MB.
No, there is nothing else running when I am doing the backup. Yes, I download and install all Windows updates and run the Norton Full System Scan once per week.

Hi,
I'm wondering if you have the system set up to sleep/hibernate after a fixed period of time. Your power conseervation settings might be something to look at. If all of that is good then I'm going to have to rely on one of the other helpers here. I don't use the online backup. I have a USB hard drive that serves as my destination.
