Backup to Cloud Not Identifying files that need to be backed up

New Version of 360 installed automatically on our Windows 11 Laptops with a new interface.

It is failing to identify files that have been amended so should be backed up.

We then use this to download to other Laptops to work on but now having to email files to each other which is a recipe for disaster.

MS Teams is too much for what we need and 360 was doing an excellent job until this unwanted update.

Locations of files is unchanged on either Laptop and this problem happens both ways so I suspect some kind of bug.

Can anyone please help as besides being frustrating there is now more potential for errors

v24 Cloud Backup runs on auto 24 hour cycle.
Did you manually call Sync?

Have you disabled Back up common file types only

Yes I have also tried manual and automatic sync and backup common on and off, i.e. all options.
Sometimes just doing this will trigger allowing the files to be backed up but other times not.

So confused as never had problems with previous version of 360

Hmm…I’ve not scrutinized my Norton cloud backups…just that Sync time changes. Maybe, I need to scrutinize. Although, I do not scrutinize bit by bit my local Haselo backups either.

Any idea how to close my Community account please ?

Had enough of Norton Recent upgrade without notification and spent too long trying to sort out issues as a result of their unwanted / uncommunicated upgrade so going elsewhere.
