You will see that when Norton uploaded the new version of 360 (24) the backups under my previous Norton 360 (22) have become Other Cloud backups. Whist it seems I can restore files I can no longer delete or Sync (backup).

I can delete if I login into MyNorton. However its seems under this new version I can only do ONE backup!! I want to replicate all my other backups individually but don’t seem to be able to recreate each one of them

How to I resync or recreate the Other Cloud Backups

Yes, as you’ve realized. Norton 360 v24 has one working/synching cloud backup.
