Backup to network drive does not work - Win 7 Norton 360 5.1

I am using N360 5.1 with Windows 7. I have a Western Digital Network drive ( z:). Following renewal and upgrade, backup to network drive does not work anymore. It used to work perfectly with previous version of Norton.

As per solution found in the Norton community. I have tried to create a new backup set to the z: drive. Definition work fine and Norton was able to see the network drive. However, the back-up failed with 0 progress.

Following message was issued by Norton:

'' There is a backup problem, Make sure the destination drive or device is connected then try again. New backup files: 0''

Please note that the drive is fully functional and that I can copy files from and to it. I have restarted PC multiple times

Thank you in advance for your help, regards
