I have Norton 360 and love the backup option.
But recently installed a fileserver and have it linked to the network.
BUT... Norton's 360 backup software does not see it.
I have it mapped, linked and online.
Running windows 10 (2 computers wireless, 2 wired computers).
All running up-to-date Norton's 360.
I can run off market backup software and it backs up to the network drive.
And can drag and drop to the Network drive.
But Norton's only shows my internal drives and the Norton's cloud one.
It doesn't give a option to see or map inside the Norton's software.

To backup to a network asset, you need to Map that network drive, or a folder on that drive, to a drive letter in Windows Explorer. Then that drive or folder will show up in the Norton Backup destination tab.
