Hi we have a 5 device license and one of the laptops dided
We were able to recover the files from the old laptop and we would like to just to use the same backup to the cloud we used on the old laptop without using a restore
Is this posible

Backup restores just restores the files from the cloud to your computer, whether the same computer or a new computer.
There are no settings from the backup that get restored. You will have to manually set up a new backup set on the new computer.
Then as you might need the storage space that was used by the old computer, you need to go into your Norton Account and in the cloud backup section, find the backup set from the old computer. You should see a trash can beside the backup set name. Click on that to remove the backup set to regain the storage space for the new backup you are creating.
