Backup to online secure storage, destination problem

Hello everybody!

I am using Norton Security with backup for about three months and two weeks ago I am receiving this message when I try to backup my files:

"There is a backup problem. Make sure the destination drive or device is connected then try again."

After that backup fails. The problem is that I am trying to backup to the Symantec secure online storage not an external hard drive or a flash drive. I created a new backup set but I keep receiving the same message. I tried to disable temporarily the firewall but didn't work either. I have also tried the "support" where I ran the installation repair but didn't work again. It says that it fixed one problem but nothing changes. My online storage is completely empty now (I deleted my previous backups) so there is not a capacity issue.
