Backup usage reporting incorrectly

We have 4GB online backup through a Norton 360 subscription supporting backups off 2 machines.  This is currently reporting 430MB available space and was producing a "buy more storage" warning until I had a bit of a clear out.

Going in through managing backup>where>online storage>delete files, this is reporting space allocations of 695.2MB for machine 1 and 1.1GB for machine 2 - a total closer to 2MB than 4.  This makes sense as up to last month we were on 2GB storage and had not filled that.

Either there are another 2GB of files on there that are not being reported when you go in in delete mode (and I have not found any other way of finding out how much is stored from which source) or the calculation is wrong: perhaps harking back to the original allocation.

Do I have a looming space problem or does Norton have a calculation error?

Hello Mandy

I've received your private message and have had the quota corrected. Please advise if all looks good now.

If anyone else has the same issue please follow the same steps I requested above.

The number now looks as I would expect.  Thank you for sorting this out.
