Using Carbonite for backup.  How do I set Norton to recognize Carbonite?

Can you explain your problem a bit further?


If you want to use Carbonate to be a part of backup feature in Norton 360, it is not possible. Norton 360 won't be able to recognize Carbonate as it is from a different manufacturer and cannot integrate with it. But you can still disable backup from Norton 360 and continue using Carbonate as your backup service.
