My backup says it has some flaw and needs a correction. When I click on "correct" it tries to correct the flaw but never succeeds, so I am not able to do any backups. this is on my PC.
On my mobile when I try to sign on to Norton, it says i have to sign into lifelock. when i try to sign in to lifelock, it says I have to sign into Norton. And when I try to use my authenticator, it closes the app and I cannot enter the six digit code.
