My N360 backups - to a 1 terabyte external hard disk - have filled that disk in a month. Online chat with Norton produce only the suggestions that I use the cloud (which would rapidly cost a fortune as I had to buy more and more storage) or else that I should delete the lot and start again, risking something going wrong in the interim. Is that really the answer?
