I hope someone can help with this.

How do I create a Cloud Backup ?

Currently I have one cloud backup that was not my default backup in the prior release.

There is no way to modify the existing LOCAL backups.

I am not able to access any options when I open the Control Panel as a User vs Administrator. I have to open Task Manager to ‘End task’.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Thank you for your replies. I’m in a mess ! I now have my main backup from the old system in the Cloud tab but there are so many files missing. The size of the backup is less than 1 gb when it was approx 51gb in the old system. I must have done something wrong… I appreciate your patience if you can help. Is it safe to send you screenshots ? Thanks.

old system = meaning an old machine/computer or Norton v22 vs v24?
files are missing = meaning storage usage is smaller?

Regarding 51GB in the old system…meaning backups from an old machine = maybe, over time you’ve accumulated more backups…so, used storage is larger.

Did you create the same backup set instructions on the new system as on the old system?
and I’m not understanding old system vs a new system?
old machine/computer vs new computer?
old Norton v22 vs new Norton v24?
