Bad Bad customer attitude focused on Norton Profit before customer service

Issue abstract: I asked for installation help and was told that I had to pay an additional $250 to speak with customer services.

Detailed description: I bought the best Norton antivirus programming with all the accessory services. After refusing to pay the EXTRA $250 I indicated I was cancelling Norton Immediately. The operator said for me to cancel I had to pay an additional $250 no matter what just to terminate my contract for one year. At that time I decided I would go after Norton and do all I could to bring this attitude to light.

Product & version number:Norton with Vault, Vault Password, B/u codes (10x) and my password. I can supply these if you wish.

Next I’ll file with the credit card company against Norton for false sdvertising and ’ bait and switch’ marketing. Should be a good battle. little old man (78 yrs) against the corporation from hell.
