Hi I'm having awful trouble with a virus I recieved. I had windows 8 which was when the virus happened and I now have windows 10. The virus happened from a downloaded movie file which opened a media player which I thought was my own. It asked to update, and that's when it went bad. As of now I am not able to access Google or explorer or download from any site because it redirects me. I have tried malaware bytes but it doesn't seem to be catching everything. I'm not sure how to go about it. I also tried repurchasing Norton but now it doesn't accept my code that was sent to me from Norton. Sorry for being all over the place Just not sure how to go about anyhing right now
