Bad Service

I´ve had nothing but bad service from Norton as a Mac user. 

 

It started when my Norton licence ran out and I was prompted to renew it. On doing so, I was sent a PC version of Norton!

 

In the renewal wedlog at no point did the system prompt me to indicate my operating system. My old licence was for a Mac and I was doing this on a Mac macnine using OS.

 

I let it lie for a while and then contacted Norton cutomer services. After a long discussion, they told me that the solution was to order a Mac software package, and then cancel the order. This I did, and thought that they would somehow solve it. But noooo. As expected, I ordered a Mac licence and cancelled the Mac licence. And am still stuck with a useless PC licence (including a service payment LOL!).

 

Norton does not care for Mac users.

Did you try asking for a refund first?
