I only have NAV installed on my computer (2009). In the Icon tray there is an icon for NAV with green check. There is also an icon for Norton Protect Center with a red x. I do not have System Works on the computer all though I had it previously. The version was 2008 but I only installed the anti-virus from NSW, none of the other components. When installing NAV 2009 I followed all of the instructions to remove NSW and even some special software that was provided by support for completely removing all of the old NSW. Any ideas how to get rid of the icon and why it is there?
