Bandwidth limitation problem when NIS is installed

Hello all,

 

I face a strange problem that i cannot explain.

 

I just change my contract with my ISP in order to have fiber optic with 200Mb/s speed.

 

When NIS is installed i cannot exceed 130Mb/s

When i remove my minimum is 165Mb/s

 

I use www.speedtest.net in order to take my measures and always the same server (Aubervilliers in France).

 

Even if i desactivate NIS, i'm still facing the problem.

I'm obliged to desinstall it in order to solve.

 

I verified virus and malware, nothing.

 

Can someone help me in order to configure NIS in order to resolve my problem ?

 

My configuration :

W7 SP1

1Gb ethernet card

NIS 20.3

You was right.

 

When i made tests with Filezilla with FTP protocol, i didn't have any speed problem.
