I can log into my online banking in Chrome using user name and password. When I try to login with Identity Safe I get an incorrect password message and find that Identity Safe has saved user name instead of password in the password field. I then edit to include the correct password in Identity Safe, but I still can't log in via Identity Safe. When I try to edit password again correct one is shown in Identity Safe, but it is clearly not recognised by the bank login. Any suggestions?
